This came to my friend Roxanne Gupta when she was teaching her morning yoga class today.

When you’re sad, breathe deeply.

When you’re stressed, breathe deeply.

When you’re angry, breathe deeply.

When you’re anxious, breathe deeply.


When you’re happy, breathe deeply.

Breathe deeply.
